The goal, as an up and coming hairdresser, is to give clients the highest level of customer service and satisfaction there is to offer.

Being committed to performing this art at a higher standard and continually strive to improve the knowledge of education and insight of the latest trends, both within the salon and in the external hair industry.

Through continually searching the industry market for the newest techniques and the finest products in hair care, Carmen is able to provide clients with the utmost in their 'Hair Suite' experience.

For Salon services, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. During this time, you will be asked to fill out an information card, to inform of any medications or allergies you may have.

Respect all guests. It is desired that all guests have a relaxing and unique experience. Please be courteous to others rights to a quiet and calming environment.

In the salon, a child safe environment is NOT provided. Respectfully, it is requested that you make other arrangements for any children under the age of 12. As children are loved and found incredibly adorable, please be respectful to other clients.

Gratuities are not included in services or package pricing and are given at your discretion (18 to 25% is customary). Gladly accepting gratuities via debit card, check, or cash.

Appreciatively, the courtesy of a 24 hour notification is requested if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without this notification, there is a cancellation fee that is applied.
